Types of support available
Literacy intervention focuses on supporting students to access learning through reading, spelling, and written expression.
Intervention is tailored to the individual and targets the underlying language and processing skills that impact literacy development.
Support may include:

Early Years Language Screening and Support is designed for young children in their early developmental years to check how their communication skills are progressing and to provide support where needed.
This service focuses on understanding a child’s strengths across language, speech, play, and social communication, while gently identifying any areas that may benefit from extra support.
A speech consultation is an initial, supportive session for families who have concerns about their child’s speech, language, or communication. This session provides a space to talk through your child’s communication milestones, what you’re noticing at home or in their environment, and any questions or worries you may have. Together, we explore what’s going on and discuss practical ways to support your child moving forward. Speech consultations are ideal if you’re unsure whether therapy is needed and would like guidance, reassurance, or clear next steps.
