About Inclusive Communication Hub

Communication is more than words. It’s how we connect, share ideas, make choices and take part in everyday life.

Inclusive Communication Hub provides speech pathology support that starts with the person, their strengths and what matters to them. We work with children, teenagers and adults to build communication skills and make everyday environments more accessible.

Our approach

We believe in connection over compliance. Therapy should feel collaborative, practical and relevant to real life. We take time to get to know each person and work alongside families, educators and support teams to understand what helps them communicate best.

Support may include speech, language, literacy, social communication and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). We also help families and support teams use strategies that fit naturally into daily routines. How we work with you

We offer mobile speech pathology services across Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs, bringing support into familiar settings such as homes, schools and community spaces. Telehealth may also be available where it suits the person and their goals.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, a family member or someone you work with, we’ll start by listening to what you need and finding a useful way forward.

Let’s make communication more accessible, together.
